The Feeling Library
Choose the feeling you need today.
Most wellbeing starts by asking what’s wrong. We start by asking where you’d like to get to.
Beautiful guided books for adults, organised by the feeling you need.
Twenty minutes. That’s all it asks.
No app. No subscription. No streak to break.
Just you, a pen, and twenty minutes that belong to you. There is nothing to download, nothing to log in to, and nothing that breaks if you put it down for a month.

Sorted by feeling, not by fault
Most wellbeing sorts you by what's wrong. We sort by where you'd like to get to.
Anxiety here, burnout there, procrastination in aisle four. You walk in as a person having a difficult month and walk out as a case. So we organised ours the other way round by the feeling you're after, because you usually already know which one it is.
For the day when your head is loud and full.
02Coming soon SleepFor the day when your body stops and your mind doesn't.
03Coming soon Inner PeaceFor the day when you keep replaying the same conversation.
04Coming soon JoyFor the day when everything's fine and nothing's bright.
05Coming soon SparkFor the day when you know what to do and can't start.
06Coming soon RelationshipsFor the day when you love them and it's complicated.

Calm
A guided book for noisy days.
Not difficult, exactly. Not a crisis. Just full of half-finished thoughts, unanswered messages, and the low background hum of everything you haven't got to yet. Calm is a book for those weeks.
- 96 pages, 61 activities, six unhurried stages
- Reflection, colouring, breathing, brain dumps, small challenges
- Every page says what it's for and how long it takes
- Digital, print-at-home and a paperback. Your choice
How the books work
Six unhurried stages
Every book in the collection moves through the same six stages, in the same order. What changes is the feeling they're taking you to.
There is no schedule and no day one. Start anywhere, skip anything, put it down for a month. Nothing breaks.
Land in the room you are already in.
Name what is actually making the noise.
Put down one or two things that were never yours.
Come back to your senses, and to people.
Make room, deliberately, by saying no to something.
Leave with one thing you will actually use.

Why I started Mili Method
I thought by now I’d have it figured out.
My twenties have been some of the best years of my life. They have also been the most confusing.
There were weeks where nothing was technically wrong.
Work was fine.
My friends thought I was fine.
Life looked fine.
But my head felt impossibly loud.
I questioned my career more times than I’d like to admit. My confidence. My relationships. Whether the direction I was walking in was one I had actually chosen, or just the one I happened to be facing.
None of it looked like anything from the outside. That was almost the hardest part.
So I went looking for answers. I bought the journals. I read the books. I listened to podcasts on the way to work and forgot them by lunchtime.
Some of it helped. None of it quite fitted.
My problem was never that I couldn’t write it down. It was that I didn’t yet know what I thought.
Everything felt like one of three things.
Too generic.
Too clinical.
Or too spiritual for me to connect with.
And the rest was just blank paper. A beautiful, expensive, empty notebook, waiting for me to already know the answer.
I needed something that helped me find it.
So I started making the pages I wished already existed.
Practical enough to use on an ordinary Tuesday evening. Specific enough to ask me something I hadn’t already asked myself. And beautiful enough that I’d want to come back because if a thing isn’t lovely, I don’t reach for it.
Mili Method isn’t about fixing anyone. I don’t think there’s anything to fix.
Most of us already know how we want to feel. We just need somewhere to begin.
So that’s what these are. Somewhere to pause. To notice what’s actually going on. To organise the noise, and ask better questions than why am I like this.
I hope these become the pages you reach for when life feels exciting, or uncertain, or messy, or full of possibility.
Because nobody hands you a manual for any of it.
This is the closest thing I know how to make.
Mili

Questions people actually ask
Is this a colouring book?
No. Colouring is one of sixteen kinds of page. Calm has five slow colouring spreads in ninety-six pages. The rest is reflection prompts, journalling, brain dumps, breathing, grounding, visualisation, word exercises, small challenges and short rituals.
Is it therapy?
No, and we will never say it is. These books support reflection and everyday wellbeing. They make no medical or therapeutic claims. Every book carries a wellbeing note with real support numbers on page 4 and again at the back. If something needs more than a book, please talk to someone.
Do I have to do it every day?
No. There is no schedule, no day one, and nothing dated anywhere in the book. Deliberately, because a dated structure creates a way to fail. Some people do one page on a Sunday for a couple of months. Some do half the book on a train.
What's the difference between the digital and print editions?
The digital edition is the whole book as PDFs. A screen version for reading and annotating on a tablet, plus A4, US Letter and greyscale versions for printing at home. The print edition is a proper 170 × 240 mm paperback on uncoated paper, printed in two colours, posted to you.
How quickly do digital files arrive?
Immediately. You get a download link on the confirmation page and by email the moment payment clears. If it doesn't arrive, email hello@milimethod.co and we will send it again by hand.
