What happens next
- Digital items. A download link appears on the confirmation page and arrives by email within a minute. The link works five times and doesn't expire for 90 days.
- Printed books. Packed by hand and posted within two working days, Royal Mail tracked 48.
- Gift orders. Wrapped, banded, and the card is handwritten before it goes.
Prices include VAT where it applies. Digital sales are processed by our payment partner as merchant of record, which is what keeps EU digital VAT correct.
