Refunds and returns
If it wasn't for you, tell us within 30 days and we'll refund it. There is no form, and we won't ask why.
Digital editions
Strictly, digital files can't be returned once downloaded, and by buying you agree that supply begins immediately (see the terms).
We refund them anyway, within 30 days of purchase, on request. Email hello@milimethod.co with your order number. Refunds are processed the same day and reach your account in 3-5 working days.
We'd genuinely rather do that than have you feel you wasted £14 on something that didn't fit.
Printed books
Return an unmarked book within 30 days for a full refund of the item price. Email us first so we can tell you where to send it. Return postage is yours unless the book arrived damaged or wrong, in which case it's ours.
Because these books are designed to be written in, a book with writing in it can't be resold so once you've started it, it's yours. That said, if something is genuinely wrong with it, tell us and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or missing
Send a photograph to hello@milimethod.co and we'll post a replacement the same day. You don't need to return the damaged one.
Gifts
The person who received it can arrange a refund or exchange directly. We don't need the buyer involved, and we won't tell them.
